Note: Telehealth services are available 

Assist individuals with mental illness or substance abuse problems with finding employment. Provides Individual Placement and Support services to clients that have expressed an interest to work. Job Plans are based on the individual preferences of the consumer and include:
  • vocational counseling and outreach
  • competitive job search
  • job retention
  • ongoing collaboration with individuals team
  • help managing the extra income from work while on SSI and SSDI

Program Delivery
Eligibility: Must be a part of a mental health service team at Alameda County Behavioral Health Care Services and be at least 16 years old and able to express an interest and motivation to work.
Languages: Cantonese, Korean, Spanish, English
Application Process: Must be referred by case manager, a Service Team or Level 1 Specialty provider.
