Description
DMV unit coordinates all operator retraining for Connecticut residents who have had their operator license suspended for moving violations. Operators under suspension will receive a letter from DMV providing complete information on how to register for the operator retraining class. Operators who have not received or no longer have this letter may call the Driver Services Division for information. All service from DMV in suspension matters is by mail or by phone; no in person service.
