Program Delivery
Eligibility: Must be enrolled in a federal or state recognized Native American community; must be a resident of Connecticut; unemployed or underemployed; if male ages 18 through 25, must be registered with Selective Service

Documents Required: Picture ID; Social Security card; birth certificate; tribal enrollment; income verification; Selective Service registration (if male 18-25)
