Workforce Investment Board case manager administers federal WIA (Workforce Investment Act) funds for Connecticut tribal groups, and partners with Connecticut Department of Labor and with community based agencies to provide positive youth development programming; core employment services for eligible adults; and intensive employment services and training for eligible adults who have few or no job skills.
