Provides health care services to homeless individuals and families.  Pediatric services include childhood physicals and immunizations.

Gleason House Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Closed Saturday & Sunday.
Channel Hours: Monday-Friday: 7:30am-8pm; Saturday 8am-4:30pm.

Office closed on New Year's Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve
