COVID-19 Update: Office is closed to the public, but will reopen on 6/8/2020 by appointment. Staff are available Mon-Fri, 7am-6pm to provide assistance for all services. (Updated 6/1/2020)

Provides energy assistance to eligible clients. Helps low-income households pay their energy bill or heating fuel provider to offset the cost of heating or cooling their home.

Eligibility: Must be a resident of Merced County and meet income guidelines.

Documents Required: Valid government-issued ID's for every adult in the home, social security numbers for everyone living in the home, verification of total household income within the past six weeks, and a copy of all utility bills from the past six weeks.
