Program: Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS

Offers assistance to individuals with HIV/AIDS. Assistance can include meals, utility assistance, rent assistance, and any other needs. Program is available per individuals for 21 weeks annually. However, service can be staggered or continuous.
Note: No longer provide home delivered meals.

Eligibility: Must be an individuals who is HIV/AIDS positive, meet income guidelines, and currently living in a rented or mortgaged housing unit.

Documents Required: Proof of diagnosis, rental agreement or mortgage, PG&E bill, income, and any type of ID.
