The following delivery services are full price; fees vary by service.
The Minnesota Grocers Association is recommending that shoppers wear a face-covering of some sort before entering a grocery store.

  • Aldi
    • Effective Monday, July 27, face coverings will be required to enter stores
    • Limiting the number of people inside stores to approximately five customers per 1,000 square feet. Find a Store.
  • Brink’s Market
    • Welcomes seniors and high risk customers to shop 7 am – 8 pm. Open 7 am – 10 pm/7 days a week.

    • Customers will be required to wear a face covering beginning Friday, July 31
    • All locations are open 7 am - 9 pm/7 days a week. 7 am - 8 am/7 days a week is reserved only for shoppers who are higher risk of COVID-19.
    • Self-serve food bars have been temporarily closed.
    • Purchases of high-demand products such as hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes, bottled water, gloves, and bath and facial tissue have ben limited to two per customer to increase the likelihood of those products being available to more customers.

  • Metro Mobility and Transit Link Grocery Delivery
    • On Sunday, March 22, certified Metro Mobility or existing Transit Link customers can order groceries and household essentials
    • Cost: Free, no charge for delivery
    • Application Process: Individuals can call or email there local metro mobility provider, booking is offered same day or in advance. To receive groceries and household essentials, individuals must order from an online store that has online shopping and local pick up available. Individuals will receive delivery within 60 minutes of the scheduled pickup time. Individuals need to tell the store that Metro Mobility is picking up and provide Metro Mobility with their order number as proof of purchase for pick up. Four bag limit. Pickups must be scheduled at a commercial location.
    • Metro Mobility cannot deliver EBT orders. Individuals should contact Help At Your Door or call (651)642-1892 for EBT grocery delivery. Individuals should inform Help At Your Door staff that they are a Metro Mobility customer. This service is not guaranteed based on demand.

  • Marriage Material Grocery Delivery
    • Serves: Pregnant women with (or without) children in Washington County
    • Application Process: Call Nancy at (651)323-0584 to request delivery
    • Description: Marriage Material will provide up to $50 worth of groceries to eligible women. Groceries are delivered via InstaCart.

    • Customers can order groceries through Panera Bread's app and website, similar to how they may order meals from the restaurant online. Groceries can be sent via contactless delivery to a customer's home or picked up from a participating restaurant.

    • Franklin and Friendship stores open 9 am – 9 pm/7 days a week. Creamery Café is temporarily closed. 9 am – 10 am is reserved for shoppers who are at a higher risk of severe illness by COVID-19, which includes older adults and those who have compromised immune systems.

    • Requesting that customers wear face masks. Face masks will be provided for customers who do not have their own face covering.
    • ​Visit store locator for individual store hours. To support vulnerable communities, the first hour of grocery pickup at select Whole Foods Market locations in the U.S. is reserved for Prime members 60 years and older, those with disabilities and those who the CDC defines as high risk.
Farmers Markets
  • Minnesota’s Farmers Markets www.mfma.org
    • Minnesota’s farmers markets are exempt from the Governor’s executive order, provided they do not offer on-site consumption. While farmers markets are encouraged to stay open, alternate delivery modes, such as drive through markets, are encouraged. All possible protections should be taken. Food sampling is banned and should be immediately suspended. Plans to follow social distancing of 6 feet need to be in place. Hand-washing stations need to be available and utilized abundantly.

Pet Care
  • City of Minneapolis Offering Pet Vaccines
    • Minneapolis Animal Care and Control (MACC)’s is providing vaccination clinics for Minneapolis residents only who have or buy a current pet license. Residents will need to show or purchase a current pet license. 
    • Beginning the week of July 6, MACC will implement a new pilot program to provide clinic services by appointment only at the Minneapolis Animal Shelter, 212 17th Avenue North
    • MACC will offer the following services:
      • Rabies vaccine for $20 (animals with prior proof of current rabies vaccination will be given a three-year rabies vaccine; all others will be provided a one-year vaccine)
      • Da2PP or PRC vaccine for $25
      • Microchip for $35
    • Appointments are available Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 1 pm - 4 pm. In order to maintain the health and safety of our staff and residents by ensuring social distancing, MACC cannot accommodate unscheduled appointments.

    • Free prescription and other store essentials delivery services are available at Prescription Delivery
    • MinuteClinic provides Video Visits to limit the spread of contagious illnesses. Individuals can be evaluated for many conditions, including symptoms of COVID-19, from home. Visits cost $59, average wait time is 20 minutes and they are available 24 hours/7 days a week
