Family Voices of Minnesota is a parent-run organization providing information, resources, and peer-to-peer support for families who have children with special health needs or disabilities.​

North Star Neighbor
Connects Minnesotans to assist neighbors that are age 65 or older or otherwise high-risk to receive help from a neighbor to get groceries, pick up prescriptions and check in every day or two. Individuals looking to be matched can complete an online application.

Senior LinkAge Line: Older adults and their families can call (800)333-2433 to find resources and make connctions with alternative services, if someone's provider or support network has changed or temporarily stopped providing services. Individuals on Elderly Waiver, Alternative Care or Essential Community Supports, should contact their case manager/care coordinator to discuss their needs first. Resources include home-delivered meals; grocery or prescription drug delivery; help in the home; transportation; caregiver consultants and respite services.

Lakeville Cares
Seniors and individuals with a compromised immune system that need groceries or prescriptions delivered can request assistance by emailing information@lakevillecares.org or calling (952)522-2737 and leaving a voicemail. Calls will be returned 8 am - 12 pm Monday - Friday.

Ramsey County Sheriff’s COVID “Help Team”
Services for anyone in Ramsey County who requires assistance or support because of the COVID-19 pandemic:
  • Coordinates the collection of donated items based on current community needs 
  • Coordinates services with local government(s) and service providers
  • Delivers food, medication, and other essentials that have been donated
  • Picks-up and delivers pre-paid food and groceries
  • Picks-up and delivers prescription medication
  • Provides resources and referrals, including social services, financial assistance, medical assistance, mental health, and others

Northwoods Partners: Provides grocery delivery for seniors ages 60 and older who are residents of Babbitt, Ely, Soudan, Tower and Winton. Register Online.

SOUTHERN MINNESOTA

Chabad of Southern Minnesota: Individuals requesting food and supply delivery, and welfare checks can Sign Up Online

Redeemer Lutheran Church Rochester: If you are self-quarantined and need help shopping and/or if you need help picking up or paying for your medication, fill out the church’s google form found here

Rochester Police Department and Cub Foods: Community Services Officers (CSO) deliver food and other supplies to at-risk and elderly residents of Rochester. To place an order for delivery, customers can use instacart at https://shop.cub.com/. Customers should select “Curbside Pickup,” then enter “PD” for first name and “Delivery” for last name. The service is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 am - 3:30 pm. Cub will call customers upon receipt of their orders.
