HEALTH CARE: Provides general outpatient care, preventive health, various medical screenings, education services, referrals to specialized programs, and referrals to specialty services. Also offers telehealth services.
DAV TRANSPORTATION SERVICES: Provides transportation to medical appointments, must call 72 hours in advance of appointment. The van is not wheelchair accessible.

Program Fees
|
Free for veterans with service-connected injuries and veterans who earn below the poverty income level. Veterans who need medical care that is not service-connected are charged a co-payment for treatment based on their income level and medical insurance coverage.
