Serves pregnant and/or parenting women with children under the age of 18. Provides the following:

• Outpatient or intensive day drug and alcohol treatment services. (Gives admission preference to pregnant women.) 
• Transportation and limited on-site parent/child co-op. 
• Case management services to link to community resources.
• Referrals to residential treatment.

Programs include:

• MOMS Program - Outpatient treatment group meets twice per week for an hour-and-a-half.
• Passages Program - Intensive day treatment group meets three days per week for three hours a day.
