Description
|
Serves pregnant and/or parenting women with children under the age of 18. Provides the following: - Outpatient or intensive day drug and alcohol treatment services. (Gives admission preference to pregnant women.)
- Transportation and limited on-site parent/child co-op.
- Case management services to link to community resources.
- Referrals to residential treatment.
Programs include: - MOMS Program - Outpatient treatment group meets twice per week for an hour-and-a-half.
- Passages Program - Intensive day treatment group meets three days per week for three hours a day.
