LEGAL: Provides free legal assistance to income-eligible and senior persons. Helps with most non-criminal civil legal problems including family/divorce, domestic abuse, human trafficking, child custody/support, children in need of assistance (CINA), housing problems (foreclosure, eviction, landlord/tenant), employment issues, public benefits, driver's licenses, consumer problems, expungements, and bankruptcy. Online intake is recommended. Does NOT handle active criminal cases; medical malpractice; police misconduct; attorney misconduct; car accidents; small claims; credit counseling, or immigration.
