Description
|
SUBSIDIZED HOUSING: Offers housing to seniors, ages 62 and older, regardless of faith. Individuals can fill out one application and no application fee for housing at any property. Provides resident service coordinators to assist residents in accessing various resources and benefits to help with finances, health care and transportation. Offers home assistance services, The Caring Home Services Program, that provides weekly housekeeping, laundry, and personal services, as well as daily meals. Note: All the senior communities maintain a waitlist. Estimated wait times are provided after the preliminary review of the application is conducted to determine if your application meets the established eligibility criteria set forth in the Catholic Charities Senior Communities’ Tenant Selection Plan and the application is placed on the Senior Communities Waitlist, if eligible.

|
Income-qualified persons ages 62 years or older. Income limits set by HUD guidelines.
HUD (all except Starner Hill) one person $45,650, two persons $52,150
HUD (Starner Hill) one person $32,800, two persons $37,500
Tax Credit one person $54,780, two persons $62,58
