Description
|
VETERANS HEALTHCARE: Provides inpatient intermediate and long term care programs including nursing home care, rehabilitation services, geriatric evaluation and management, repite care, and hospice care. Also provides recovery-focused outpatient and residential mental health and substance use care. Transportation is available through the VA's Shuttle Service that operates Mon-Fri with varying running times.

Program Fees
|
Free for veterans with service connected injuries and veterans who earn below the poverty income level. Veterans who need medical care that is not service connected are charged a co-payment based on their income level and medical insurance.
