OVERVIEW: Provides comprehensive support services to people who are HIV+.

SERVICES:
1) COUNSELING: Provides substance abuse counseling in individual and group settings. Will offer urinalysis.

2) MENTAL HEALTH CARE: Provides mental health care, including individual and group counseling and medication monitoring.

3) CASE MANAGEMENT: Offers case management and referral services.

4) DENTAL CARE: Provides dental care. Call to schedule an appointment 301-583-9300.

5) HEALTH CARE: Provides primary medical care, including gynecological care for women.

6) FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE: May provide financial HIV drug assistance for persons currently on medication and who may have to wait to receive regular services, may provide transportation and food voucher assistance services depending on qualifications..

7) SCREENING: Offers confidential and anonymous HIV counseling and testing. Appointments preferred, but walk-ins accepted for testing. Client must come in for results, wait time varies.

8) OUTREACH: Does community outreach for prevention at health fairs and on-site.
