Description
|
CHILD SUPPORT: Provides services which establish and enforce child support orders. These services include: locating the absentee parent; establishing paternity of the child; getting a court order for support; collecting support payments; enforcing the court order; reviewing and modifying the court order. Persons applying for Temporary Cash Assistance must apply for child support services. The child support will then become part of the TCA grant.
