Description
|
FAMILY PRESERVATION: Provides a home-based service to families in which one or more children are at-risk of out-of-home placement. This preventive, short-term service includes family counseling, parent aide support, teaching and modeling parenting skills, and a networking of extended family and community resources in order to help the family to remain together in a safe and stable environment.
