Eligibility
|
Families with low to no income who have children ages 3-5 years old. Children have to be 3 years old in order to start in the program. Children who turn 5 after September 1st can also apply for the program because they are not eligible for Kindergarten.

Documents Required
|
Birth certificate, proof of income, parent's picture ID, proof of address (utility bill or lease) and proof of child's medical insurance. If parent receives any government assistance (SNAP/TCA/SSI) they can submit the budget letter indicating they actively receive those benefits.
