NON-CUSTODIAL PARENT EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM: Provides services to non-custodial parties to help parents become more responsible, accountable, and more active participants in their children's lives. Helps to increase parental involvement and nurturing of mother and fathers through relationship and parental skill development and mediation. Assists with barriers to financial and emotional responsibility through job readiness, employment development and life skills counseling, and promote/increase the payment of child support through job placement and retention assistance.
