OVERVIEW: Licenses and provides inspections for public and private facilities.

SERVICES:
1) INSPECTIONS: Inspects food service facilities, health care facilities, nursing homes, swimming pools, recreational facilities, private educational institutions and tanning salons.

2) LICENSING/PERMITS: Licensing various program/services/facilities such as food service facilities, adult day care providers, vendors for special events, etc.

3) Freedom Information and Maryland Public Information Act request via email only to www.montgomerycountymd.gov/licensure

4) License facilities complaints received via email only to www.montgomerycountymd.gov/licensure

5) Foodbourne illness directly to 240-777-3986, Monday-Friday 8-4PM.

6) Mobile Inspections (walk-in) 8AM-NOON and 1-3:30PM Monday-Friday.
