Description
|
OVERVIEW: Provides TB screening to Montgomery County residents by appointment only.
SERVICES:
1) TUBERCULOSIS CONTROL PROGRAM: Provides examination, medical and nursing consultation, screening, prevention, treatment, health education, in-service training, and chest x-ray.
2) OUTREACH PROGRAM: Outreach nurses and community services aides assist high risk individuals at Clarksburg Correctional Facility, with TB screening, treatment and prevention. In addition, outreach workers give Directly Observe Therapy (DOT) to patients in their homes, jobs, schools, or other designated sites.

Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Thursday 8:00 am - 6:30 pm (STD Clinic-by appointment only)
First and third Tuesday 8:00 am - 6:30 pm (HIV Clinic - by appointment only)
