DIAGNOSTIC: Provides screening and assessment to identify preschool children who may have a disability and in need of special education services. Assessments offered as needed in the areas of hearing, vision, motor skills, psychological, gross motor and fine motor, communication, education, and behavior. Serves as point of entry for children who attend a private or religiously affiliated school within Howard County and may be identified as a student with a disability.
