Program
Eligibility	Preschool children ages 3-5 years, and children 6-21 years who attend private schools or religiously affiliated schools who have special needs, developmental delays or disabilities. Individual may reside in another county, but must attend a Howard County school or be on an approved list.

Languages Offered	World Language Interpreters. Sign Language Interpreters also available.
Program Fees	None.

Documents Required	A referral packet will be sent upon email or phone request.
