Description
|
PRIMARY CARE: Hospital-based program with services including treatment for Hepatitis C, HIV, Lyme disease, travel illnesses and other infectious diseases. Provides ongoing medical care to eligible persons through HIV specialty care, women's health services, on-site screening for anal and cervical cancer, medical nutrition therapy evaluation and counseling, mental health counseling, psychiatric care, substance abuse counseling, and buprenorphine maintenance therapy. Those enrolled in the primary care program are also offered several support services, community resources, and patient advocacy services.
