Description

PRIMARY CARE/HIV CARE PROGRAMS: Offer same-day appointments and walk-in services for HIV/STI testing and treatment. Services include family planning, including GYN care, STI prevention/treatment, psychosocial and social services, and linkage to services not available in the Adolescent Clinic.

  • Pediatric AIDS Care and Evaluation (PACE)
    • Comprehensive HIV care programs providing a “one-stop shop” for HIV care. Offers HIV counseling and testing for HIV exposed infants, well-child care, case management, developmental assessment, specialized immunologic care and access to research/clinical trials to families affected by HIV disease.
  • Special Teens At-Risk, Together Reaching Access, Care and Knowledge (STAR TRACK)
    • Offers STI & HIV testing, education and counseling for adolescents and young adults. Connects those interested to contraception/birth control and primary care services. Also serves significant emerging populations of youth such as aging perinatal infected youth and youth who acquired HIV through risky behavior who are preparing for transition from pediatric to adult care, YMSM, HIV infected transgender youth. HIV infected pregnant women who are not a patient are referred to an appropriate resource.
  • Adolescent and Young Adult Center (AYAC)
    • Provides primary care and HIV care for youth and young adults living with HIV, as well as primary care and support services for youth at risk of HIV.
  • Transgender Care:
    • In collaboration with the Division of Pediatric Endocrinology, offer a range of unique services for transgender individuals and their friends, family, and significant others.

Program
Eligibility PACE serves families with children ages 0-25. STAR TRACK Clinic serves youth, ages 12-24 years old.
Languages Offered Interpreter service available.
Program Fees Accepts Medical Assistance (Medicaid), private insurance, and financial assistance may be available.
Application Process Call to schedule an appointment. Walk-in Mon-Fri, 9AM-4:30PM for free HIV testing.
