Description	THERAPEUTIC FOSTER CARE: Serves youth ages birth-21 who have a variety of mental health needs and in many cases, varying educational and behavioral difficulties. Most program participants have been in foster care for an extended period of time and need a family with patience and flexibility that are willing to invest in their lives long term.
