Description
|
GROUP HOME: Provides a community-based group home providing long-term (6-9 months) placement in a safe environment as an alternative to institutionalization. Counselors staff the home 24 hours daily. Residents attend an accredited educational program where basic life skills, social skills, self-control strategies, relationship-building awareness, cultural & recreational enrichment, money management and employment skills are taught. Individual, group, and family therapy are also provided, with a social worker available for individual therapy.
