Description
|
PREVENTION AND CRISIS INTERVENTION: Provides assessment and case management services for homeless families seeking emergency shelter. Provides emergency assessment of families and adults in situational crisis to determine factors precipitating the crisis, eligibility for financial assistance (e.g. eviction prevention, mortgage assistance, fuel assistance, utilities, water bills, and limited burial assistance) and need for referrals to other services or agencies for assistance.
