EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION: Promotes school readiness for preschool children ages 3-5 in low-income families by enhancing the social and cognitive development of children through the provision of educational, health and nutritional services. Parent involvement is expected and also provides special services for children with physical and developmental disabilities.

TWO GENERATION PROJECT: Provides case manager services to families by assessing family strengths, needs, progress, identifying target areas, developing family goals and objectives. By focusing on these priorities, workers may assist the families in combating intergenerational poverty and moving towards achieving self-sufficiency.
