Description
|
EMPLOYMENT: Provides support and guidance for young adults and adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities who have little to no work history entering the workforce. Through adaptive programming, a dedicated staff, open partnerships with businesses, families and community members, finding new opportunities for consumers to grow, share and develop as independent adults. Some services are customized supports, job readiness, life and work adjustment skills training, job development and placement services, on-the-job training, and follow-up support/job coaching and links to other community services.

Intellectual and Developmentally Disabled Adults, documentation of an Intellectual/Developmental Disability is required.
Eligibility status with the Maryland Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) or
Eligibility status with the Maryland Department of Rehabilitation Services (DORS)
