Description
|
MEDICAL SERVICES: Offers the abortion pill, referrals for other abortion services (as needed), diagnosis and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases, HIV testing and counseling, birth control, LGBTQ services, morning-after pill (emergency contraception), pregnancy testing, adoption referrals, pregnancy options education, and women's health care. Pregnancy testing is not available on Tuesdays.

Documents Required
|
Must provide photo ID and bring 2 pay stubs from the last 30 days or a bank statement from the last 60 days showing 30 days of activity or W2 from the previous year or a letter on letterhead stating your income for a specific time period or a high school ID, report care, or current high school class schedule to determine if they qualify for sliding scale fee.
