MOBILE CRISIS: Provides 24-hour response to individuals experiencing an emergency mental health crisis and offers addiction assessment on the scene. Also attempts to connect individuals to community resources as appropriate. MCRT is activated by law enforcement, Atlantic General Hospital, and various other agencies. They may file an emergency petition if necessary. A follow-up with client will take place within 48-hours after the call.

Hours Of Operation MCRT Response: 24 hours/day, 7 days/week.

Eligibility Worcester County residents and visitors that are experiencing a mental health crisis.

Application Process -LCC/Sante Group crisis specialists will call the main number listed and leave a message with their name, time of the call, and best contact number, the CRT staff person on-call will return the call. -If staff does not hear from the CRT on-call worker by 5 minutes, they are asked to call again. -If staff does not hear from the CRT on-call worker after the 2nd attempt, they are asked to contact the CRT Supervisor, Meaghan Kauffman at 443-397-0341 (do not give her number out to the public). **LCC STAFF: Refer to procedures in the hotline binder for detailed instructions.**
