PARENT EDUCATION: Provides early intervention and comprehensive services to families with a child or children between the ages of birth to 5 years old. Services include parent education, family mentoring, counseling and literacy training, early childhood educational support, health education and services, developmental screenings, a learning play time between parents and children, a lending library with resources for children and parents. Works with local childcare providers to link parents to outside child care as needed.

NOTE: Currently serves Butterfly Ridge, Hillcrest, Lincoln, Monocacy, Tuscarora and Waverley Elementary school districts
