MENTAL HEALTH: Provides individuals with serious mental illness, persistent disability, or other co-occurring conditions with safe and affordable housing, services, and supports necessary to meet their individual needs. Offers room and board, activities that support cultural and spiritual interests, assessment of needs and individualized service planning, assistance with daily living needs, crisis intervention, interpersonal and communication skills training, medication monitoring, money management, personal care skills training, resource management, social and leisure skills training and planning, and supportive counseling. Referral for outpatient services provided as needed.
