Description
|
MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION: Provides transportation to qualified individuals that are Medicaid recipients and are in need of transportation to and from medically necessary local and regional appointments only. Long distance transportation is also available if the participant qualifies, client must provide 72 hour notice. All local appointments should be made within 48 hours (working days) in advance. Appointments will not be scheduled after 2PM. Transportation services are provided by staff drivers as well as other community transportation providers.
