Adult Career & Technical Training Programs provide hands-on instruction in high-demand fields, allowing adult students to start a new career in as little as 6 months. Certification Programs offered include Auto Tech, Electrical Tech, Medical Assisting, Office Tech, HVAC/R, Welder/Fitter, and Cosmetology. Programs are Accredited and qualify for Financial Aid.
In addition to Adult Career & Technical Training, OCM BOCES also offers a variety of free Adult High School Equivalency programs, as well as other free literacy support. Adult Education is also responsible for reviewing the educational components of apprentices in Cortland County

Currently, due to enrollment demand, we are running Automative Technician and Medical Assisting in Cortland. Electrical Maintenance Technician, HVAC/R, Construction Trades, LPN, Cosmetology, Central Sterile Processing Technician, Office Technology, Dental Assisting, and Welder/Fitter are offered at our Liverpool location.
