Eligibility	Children and youth from birth to 18 years of age (up to 20, if still in school) and families. Must have full-scope Medi-Cal

Languages Offered	English and Spanish. Additional languages are provided via a translation service.
Program Fees	No fees. Accepts Medi-Cal

Documents Required	Photo ID, income verification, children's Medi-Cal card, and proof of custody arrangement or legal guardianship of child
