Eligibility	Must meet Emergency Food Assistance Program (EFAP) income guidelines and must reside in appropriate zip codes Monthly income must fall within the program income guideline Household / Monthly income 1 person / $3,064.79 2 people / $4,141.88 3 people / $5,218.96 4 people / $6,296.04 5 people / $7,373.13 6 people / $8,450.21 7 people / $9,527.29 8 people / 10,604.38 Add $1,077.09 for each additional person in household

Documents Required	Proof of Residency: Photo ID, utility bill, rental agreement, or any form of current address verification; Required to sign the EFAP Certification of Eligibility form.
