Description

Offers personalized outpatient behavioral health care to support individuals facing mental health challenges and those transitioning back into the community.

Services include:

  • Comprehensive Behavioral Health Assessments
  • Psychological Evaluations
  • Evidence-Based Individual and Group Therapy Sessions

Provides personalized support for individuals navigating the justice system, including AB109 Re-entry Individual Therapy. This approach emphasizes reducing recidivism, regulating emotional well-being, and fostering successful reintegration through trauma-informed and client-centered care.

 
Hours Of Operation Office closed on New Year's Day, Martin Luther King's Birthday, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day and day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve

Program
Eligibility Individuals age 18 years or older struggling with trauma, mental, emotional, behavioral, and substance abuse issues. AB109 is open to individuals involved in the justice system who is reintegrating into community and struggling with trauma, mental, emotional, behavioral, and substance abuse issues.
Languages Offered English and Spanish
Program Fees Call for details. Accepts Medi-Cal or insurance through Substance Abuse Mental Health Service Administration (SAMHSA)
