Program
Eligibility	Must meet low-to-moderate income requirements. Women with children 0-5 years of age, pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding and reside in California. Automatic Income Eligible if receiving Medi-Cal, CalFresh (Food Stamps), or CalWORKs (TANF).

Languages Offered	Other languages available through the language line. Sign language interpreters are available with enough notice given
Program Fees	No fees

Documents Required	Proof of current address, Picture ID, Medi-Cal card, hemoglobin and/or hematocrit results from your healthcare provider.
