For the Street Outreach Services Permanent Supportive Housing persons must be chronically homeless and disables with serious mental illness.
Serious mental illness means the person is receiving services from County Mental health or would be eligible after receiving a mental health assessment from County Mental Health.
Provides services for mentally ill. Has an rv that travels through different areas in humboldt county on different dates. Although program is full, can talk to individuals to give them information regarding services available to them, such as where to get food, counseling, showers, etc.
