Program
Eligibility	Must be at least 65-years-old during the filing year, or have a permanent and total disability, or a surviving spouse of a previous Homestead receiver. Own and occupy your home as your principal residence place as of January 1 of the application year.


Program Fees	Not Available
Application Process	Contact the Auditor's office. You must file a "Continuing Homestead Exemption" annually and advise any change in income. The auditor's office will mail blank continuing forms to homestead recipients by March of each year. The applicant must be living on the property.
