Eligibility	Resident of Ashtabula County that is pregnant or with a child age 0-5 years old. Income eligibility guidelines are 100% of the federal poverty guidelines.


Program Fees	Free
Application Process	Must complete an application through the Head Start main office, not the building in which you would be served. Call the main office to schedule an application interview.
Documents Required	Income documentation, proof of residency, child's birth certificate, custody/court papers (if applicable), and diagnosed disability IEP or IFSP (if applicable).
