Provides temporary cash aid to adults who are not able to support themselves, do not receive other public funds, and are not eligible for any other assistance programs. Time limit of 12 weeks. There are 2 kinds assistance programs:
*Employable (Do not have a job but are looking, or earn less than the income limit)
*Non-Employable (Cannot work determined by a medical doctor or mental health professional)
