HEALTH CARE: Offers low-cost health care services with participating doctor’s offices and medical facilities, which include diagnostic labs, hospitals, dental services and radiology sites. Uninsurable residents of Anne Arundel County who have no health insurance can apply. A minor or someone without income an apply through a sponsor's application. If someone is enrolled as a member of the REACH Program, they will pay the provider at the time of service, according to a sliding scale fee that is based upon their household income and the current poverty level income guidelines.
