Description
|
ADULT DAY CENTER: Offers a variety of activities for disabled individuals and seniors in need of social interactions. Assists with medication management, personal care, trips to the grocery store, farm stands, and field trips to local attractions. Planned programs of therapeutic activities including exercise, trips, crafts, and guest speakers. Agencies visit the center and provide services with physical, occupational and speech therapy evaluations. Serves nutritious breakfast, lunch and snacks and transportation is provided to and from the center.
