Eligibility Must be a current resident in a Housing Authority of Baltimore City (HABC) family public housing; displaced or relocated from HABC family public housing that was demolished; a former resident in HABC family public housing between January 31, 1995 and present; currently on HABC's wait list for family public housing or Housing Choice Voucher programs; or currently living in Baltimore City and would like to be considered for the program.
