Description
|
Meal Delivery Volunteer: Deliver home meals in Shelby, St. Clair, Walker, Blount, and Chilton Counties. Must have valid driver's license. Available days.
SHIP Counselors/Educators: Educate and counsel Medicare beneficiaries about their health insurance benefits to help them in making informed decisions regarding their health coverage. Education is conducted through one-on-one counseling and in group presentations. Available days.
Administrative Volunteer: Assist with office needs for SHIP program, including data entry, filing, report generating, scheduling, press releases, etc. Available days.
Ombudsman Representative: Friendly visitor to nursing home and/or assisted living residents, or pen pal to nursing home and/or assisted living residents. Available days.
