Description

Community Development Block Grant is an annual grant allocation sponsored by HUD to administer activities that preserve and develop viable communities principally benefiting low-income households. The City of Auburn administers various programs to benefit low to moderate-income citizens of Auburn.
Housing Rehabilitation: Housing Rehab Deferred Loan Program, Housing Rehab Non-Deferred Loan Program, Emergency Housing Rehab Program, Housing Reconstruction Program and Auburn Housing Assistance Network
Homeownership Programs: Affordable Housing Program and Homeownership Counseling
Demolition and Clearance: Eliminate abandoned and dilapidated buildings in residential areas.
